Most of the time, it’s our bodies way of telling us that we need more fiber in our diets. It can also be a sign of more serious conditions that require medical attention.

Your ears are just as important as the rest of your body but unlike our teeth and our eyes, we don’t get our ears regularly checked. That means it’s up to you to protect them.
